Installation Specialist is passionate about plants and expertly select the foliage from our suppliers. Loading and unloading of plants and containers are required; along with installation and removal of plants and containers at the client’s site. Must have experience driving a Box Truck. The Operations Assistant will be helping the Operations Department with data entry and organization. Must be an experienced, dependable, team-player who is detail orientated. Enjoys data entry and support. Effective communication skills and self-motivated. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, CRM, and have good business writing skills. The Warehouse Coordinator is a highly organized individual that receives shipments, organizes existing stock and tags products for scheduled jobs. The position works closely with the Plantscapers design team to organize outgoing products and installations. The right candidate maintains high attention to detail and paperwork flow for efficiency and time management. Warehouse safety is top concern and experience with OSHA guidelines a plus. Must be in great physical condition and able to lift 50lbs. Occasional operation of company van to pick-up materials is required with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record necessary. Good organizational skills and attention to detail is mandatory & plant knowledge or experience working in the nursery.
