Julie specializes in creative and innovative designs utilizing “green products” and the finest plants from the best growers. Julie is an active member of Green Plants for Green Buildings, AmericanHort, and The National Association of Landscape Professionals. Additionally, Julie was a founding member of Pinnacle V, an international peer group of plantscape professionals who share best practices and progressive business strategy. She is a registered speaker trained by AIA to present “Authentically Green Interiors: Optimizing Nature’s Design.”
Julie finds passion in her clients’ reaction once a job has been installed. She enjoys working together as a team with the design community to complete their work with her “green” designs.
In her spare time, you can find Julie playing volleyball and tennis, enjoying a time with friends and her two amazing children, Courtney and Trevor, as well as her energetic grandson Dakarie.
Mark’s day-to-day responsibilities include managing the overall operations of the business, including our installation and holiday departments, warehouse inventory, green wall installations, as well as a strong contributor to employee morale and training. He is the point person on our team that ensures that we have a well-oiled and successful operational structure.
On weekends, Mark can be found playing tennis, golfing, or watching any sporting event, including his favorite team, the Baltimore Ravens. One of his biggest joys is spending time with his grandson Dakarie.
Jason is a long-standing member and Past President of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP). He has been Landscape Industry Certified since 2001. Jason has been Kolbe Certified for almost 13 years, using that knowledge to build dynamic and efficient teams all over North America. He recently won the prestigious “Kolbe Professional Award” in 2017.
Jason, a self-described coffee and Apple computer addict, enjoys photography, traveling, reading, the beach, and connecting with his many friends and family around the world, when not busy at his laptop or in the office working.
Katie oversees our plant technicians across southern California and visits each of our clients throughout the year to uphold our standards of excellence.
During the summer, Katie enjoys spending her weekends in Catalina with her family diving, snorkeling and chasing wild buffalo. In the winter months, she can be found snowboarding Snow Summit or Mammoth Mountain. The rest of the time Katie spends with her husband creating a home and raising their two kids.
Her array of Horticulture knowledge mixed with her operational experience allows her to provide the technicians with the support and training they need to achieve the standards of excellence Plantscapers is known for.
In her free time, Caity enjoys traveling and taking advantage of the outdoors. Camping, hiking, and golf are huge passions of hers as well as living a healthy and active lifestyle.
With Tani’s lifelong experience in accounting, human resources and employment staffing, she works closely with other members of the Management Team for precise and timely information.
Tani has been married to her husband for over 25 years, where they share a passion for traveling, as well as spending time with their friends, siblings, nieces and nephews.
