This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing vendor relationships, purchasing, collaborating with the install/warehouse team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, accurately and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong organization skills, operational experience and excellent work ethics.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
The Operations Assistant plays a key role in supporting our Operations team and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
From coordinating hiring and training for our technician team to managing data, systems, and day-to-day administrative tasks, this role helps drive efficiency across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership, support team development, and contribute to improving processes that impact both our team and our clients.
We’re looking for a proactive, methodical thinker with strong data entry and organizational skills, and experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM systems.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Sales Team and keeping projects organized, polished, and moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
From managing sales documentation and CRM data to creating visuals and presentations for clients, this role helps ensure a seamless and elevated experience for both our team and our clients. You’ll work closely with the sales team and leadership to keep projects on track and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
This role also supports in-house marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and other brand initiatives.
We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable team player with strong communication skills, experience in CRM systems, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, and marketing platforms. A creative eye and ability to multitask are key. Landscape or Horticulture background preferred.
