Horticulture Specialist

Do you love plants, people and have an eye for details?  As a Horticulture Specialist, you would maintain healthy, vibrant plants at client’s locations both commercial and residential environments by watering, pruning, cleaning, and assessing plant health. Always keeping our inventory healthy and happy. (Horticulture or Landscape experience preferred but not required) 

This opportunity may include:

Servicing interior and patioscaping for residential and commercial clients
Successful team members are dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing the company professionally at client sites
This position involves active, hands-on work including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods. You
must be able to lift 15 lbs.

Installation Assistant

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and energized by creating beautiful spaces? As an Installation Assistant you would assist in preparing, delivering, and installing plants and planters in interior and exterior environments.

This role includes:

Lifting and moving materials (up to 50 lbs.)
Climbing ladders
Assisting with living wall and moss art installations.
Supporting warehouse preparation
Driving Box Truck, you must have valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.

Design Consultant

Are you creative, client-focused, and energized by building relationships? This opportunity blends design expertise with business development.

Design Consultants collaborate with high-end clients and design community to develop interior plant concepts that will enhance their spaces. Background in interior design, horticulture or landscaping preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

Conducting site visits and needs assessments
Preparing and presenting proposals
Cultivating client relationships
Identifying new business opportunities
Coordinating projects through installation

Ideal candidates bring experience in design, sales, or client services, along with initiative and professionalism.

Operations/Purchasing Coordinator

Plantscapers is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead purchasing, scheduling, production, and installation coordination across our growing organization.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing vendor relationships, purchasing, collaborating with the install/warehouse team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, accurately and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong organization skills, operational experience and excellent work ethics.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in operations management, purchasing, or production coordination
Proficiency with business systems (QuickBooks, Excel, CRM)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Horticulture knowledge preferred

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The Operations Assistant plays a key role in supporting our Operations team and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

From coordinating hiring and training for our technician team to managing data, systems, and day-to-day administrative tasks, this role helps drive efficiency across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership, support team development, and contribute to improving processes that impact both our team and our clients.

We’re looking for a proactive, methodical thinker with strong data entry and organizational skills, and experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM systems.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Sales Team and keeping projects organized, polished, and moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

From managing sales documentation and CRM data to creating visuals and presentations for clients, this role helps ensure a seamless and elevated experience for both our team and our clients. You’ll work closely with the sales team and leadership to keep projects on track and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

This role also supports in-house marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and other brand initiatives.

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable team player with strong communication skills, experience in CRM systems, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Canva, and marketing platforms. A creative eye and ability to multitask are key. Landscape or Horticulture background preferred.
